StrutFoot
UK-based StrutFoot have manufactured mounting accessories for the M&E building service sector for over 20 years. They developed the StrutFoot system for the support of HVAC equipment, cable management and mechanical services without the need to penetrate the roof membrane.

Mounting Systems
StrutFoot’s plastic feet are made from 100% recycled High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE). Each plastic foot comes complete with an anti-vibration pad which is pre-attached.
The anti-vibration pad helps prevent polymer migration between the roof and the plastic. The plastic feet can be used with different types of strut/box including 41x41mm, 41x21mm and 40x40mm.
The R400 Dual Foot has been designed to fit both 80x80mm box section and 41x82mm back to back channel. This foot has been designed and manufactured in-house to offer flexibility for framing system installation.
It is made with High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) plastic making it lightweight and very
robust. There is an anti-vibration foam pad pre-attached meaning there is no penetration
of/or reaction with the waterproof roof membrane.
StrutFoot’s Adjust and Turn bracket allows installation on a pitched roof up to 10° allowing any framework to sit square.
It has been developed as a universal product, so it can be used with the StrutFoot R200, R305 & R500 plastic feet.
It is made from galvanised steel, which makes it suitable for roof applications. It is suitable for
both 41x41mm channel and 40x40mm box section.
StrutFoot has developed a new plastic foot to speed up the installation of basket trays.
There are two versions of the Basket Foot. One has a clearance of 30mm and the other has an 80mm clearance.
It is made with a High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) plastic, making it lightweight and a very
robust click and go product.
The StrutFoot mounting blocks are a solution for supporting small condensing units on a roof
without penetrating the roof membrane. They are made from recycled PVC plastic and are
UV stabilised.
The SFR Mini Splits kit contains 2x rubber feet and 2x fixing kits.
The rubber feet are available in lengths of 400, 600 and 1000mm with widths of 180mm and height of 95mm.
The SFR range of recycled rubber feet has been designed to carry loads on non-penetrable roofs; which include pipework, cable management and small units. The SFR feet are supplied with an aluminium channel to ensure high corrosion resistance.
Available in lengths of 250mm, 400mm, 600mm, 1000mm at widths of 150mm and a height of 95mm.
Low profile sizes are available in lengths of 250mm and 400mm with widths of 130mm and a height of 50mm.
A perfect solution for mounting systems on pitched roofs. These SFR angled rubber pads are available in 2.5 and 5 degree angles, and in lengths of 305mm and 500mm.
The StrutFoot fleece has been designed to suit both plastic feet and rubber feet. They
are used as a barrier between asphalt and PVC roof membrane surfaces. The fleeces help
prevent polymer migration between plastic and rubber products.
The H Frame Kit is a quick and easy solution to support all cable management, ducting and
pipework. H Frames are supplied in box form. They are designed to use channel which is not
included.
The StrutFoot manufacturing
department can fabricate the H Frames in-house
to speed up the installation process on-site.
The StrutFoot Base System is easy to adapt and extend to suit most installations and can be modulated to any length. Channel framework provides strength and convenience for cable management installation.

The StrutFoot Plus System is a modular addition to the StrutFoot Base system, complete with two leg assemblies and two sliding arms.

StrutFoot’s HD system is predominantly used for large air handling units and chillers. Each system is manufactured in-house so the system design can suit the unit being supported.
The HD system has been designed using a heavy-duty 41x82mm hot-dipped galvanised channel. It has been designed for heavy loads, cable management and pipework, which can all be easily installed into the channel system.
The StrutFoot Beam is an adjustable heavy-duty support system which is typically used with heavy air handling units or when existing steel beams need to be supported on the
roof.
The H Frame Kit is a quick and easy solution to support all cable management, ducting and
pipe work.
H Frames are supplied in box form.
They are designed to use channel which is not
included. As a module, our manufacturing
department can fabricate the H Frames in house
to speed up the process of installation on site.
StrutFoot’s Quad system is a quick and easy solution to support large/heavy air handling units, chillers and plant rooms.
All of the framework on each Quad system is HDG for outdoor use.
It can be supplied using
either the StrutFoot R305 or R500 plastic feet.
Each Quad system is manufactured using a welded framework to ensure strength and minimise the deflection in the strut.
StrutFoot’s cushion clamps are used to support copper refrigeration tube. They are supplied with a polymer insert which allows for a strong grip ,and absorbs shock and
vibration running through the pipe. A zinc dichromate plating ensures corrosion
resistance.
The StrutFoot recycled Vibro rubber pads can be laid directly onto the roof to reduce the noise pollution transmitting through the frame onto the roof.
They can be used as a walkway system or placed under any of the StrutFoot systems to seperate the foam pad from the roof.

StrutFoot’s condenser bracket is a flat packed solution for wall mounted condensing units. They are a self assemble system which improves the install time.
The cross bar is fixed to the
wall and allows for the arms to be spaced correctly with ease. It also comes with a built-in
level for ease of installation.
StrutFoot’s cantilever arm kits are available in 3 different sizes. They are a quick and easy solution to mount air conditioning units and heat pump systems to the wall.
These kits are supplied flat packed with all fixings required.
StrutFast trunking is available in 3 different sizes; 80x60mm,
100x60mm & 140x90mm with accessories available for each size. The trunking is available in both black and white as standard.
These are manufactured in-house so bespoke sizes and colours are available upon request.
StrutFoot’s adjustable ducting support system is now available for both StrutFoot plastic feet and rubber feet. They both offer flexibility, a non-penetrative mounting system and quick installation.
The height of the duct adjuster can easily be changed using the thumb screw provided.

StrutFoot’s HD system is predominantly used for large Air Handling Units and Chillers. Each system is manufactured in house enabling us to make the design suit the unit being supported. The system has been designed using heavy duty 41x82 hot dipped galvanised channel. It has been designed for heavy loads, cable management and pipe work which can all be easily installed into the channel system.
Beams
The StrutFoot Beam is an adjustable heavy duty support system which is typically used with heavy Air Handling Units (AHU’s) or when existing steel beams need to be picked up on the roof.
H Frame Kits
The H Frame Kit is a quick and easy solution to support all cable management, ducting and pipe work. H Frames are supplied in box form. They are designed to use channel which is not included. As a module, our manufacturing department can fabricate the H Frames in house to speed up the process of installation on site.
